Winokur's construction management services work hand in hand with our design engineers. We have staff experienced in the civil and structural disciplines, as well as the various functions of management.

Services include daily checks and review of construction methodology, compliance with local regulations, including review and approval of escrow releases. We will also offer complete construction management by providing a resident engineer or inspector, who is fully committed to a project, and who becomes a liaison between the client and the contractor.
